Seitz 6x17 Large Format 160 megapixel Digital Camera
The Seitz 6x17 large format digital camera makes all the latest 10 megapixel digital slrs from Canon, Nikon, Pentax et al seem like webcams by comparison.
Sporting a massive 160 mega pixel per image the camera can capture a full frame 60mm x 170mm, 7500 x 21,250 pixels in 1 second with a ISO equivalent range of 5000 to 10,000!
Seitz’s Roundshot D3 camera with the same digital back can shoot a 360 degree image for a 470 meg, 7500 x 62,830 pixel in 2 seconds.
Price is 28,900 euros (37,000 US)for the Seitz 6x17 handheld version and 29,800 euros (38,150 US) for the Roundshot D3 360 degree panorama camera.
